A year ago, I wrote a piece about Rebecca Black. Well, a little over a year, but today is the appropriate day of the week. In light of online-phenomenon Friday, I wondered what her debut album would sound like. Incidentally, I’m not a psychic. This was partly under the impression that it may have been released during 2011…and partly under the impression that it may never be released at all. While it hasn’t happened yet, the daunting prospect of an album release in 2012 still lingers. Taken from the Music In Melbourne blog, you can read the Pitchfork-assisted* review here.
